If you are on bitbucket server, perhaps this is an issue with the Time Zone settings. Atlassian documentation on changing the time zone for a user or for all users:

There is no "manage account" or "server settings" in my menu bar. Additionally its not int he top right. Am i missing something?Screen Shot 2017-11-16 at 3.19.35 PM.png
