Is there a way to filter the issues list in order to see "My Issues" as a reporter? Currently there is a "My Issues" filter which apparently filters the issues not by Reporter but by Assignee.

Hi! At the moment, that is not possible within Bitbucket Cloud. We have a similar feature request at Custom filters. You can vote for it or add a comment. Alternatively, if you'd like you can submit a more specific request at our public Issue tracker by clicking Create Issue :)
