I have a pipeline script that packages and deploys an angular site to a staging server, my script takes 10 min to upload to s3.
If another developer commits a change to staging before my previous deployment finishes i end up with two deployments happening in parallel.
is there an option or way I can defer the next pipeline build until any previous builds ones complete ?
This feature is not available yet - please watch and vote for the following issue to guide Atlassian's roadmap in this regard:
Sequential pipelines / Disable parallelization (#12821) (Andrew James' comment summarizes the common expectation how this should be configurable via quiet time and number of simultaneous builds)
