Extract Bitbucket data and port that data to another tool

We have a large amount of data in a Bitbucket repository.   I want to extract the Bitbucket data and export that data into another tool.  What tool or utility can be used to perform this type of  data extraction ?   Also, is there a tool to export the extracted data to another tool ?     Thoughts?

This is a very vague question.

What is "Bitbucket" data here? The code and its history? Projects and repos and their metadata? What exactly?

Also, what is the target tool to import into? It'd affect the proper answer.
