I am trying to export my issues using Settings > Import & Export feature.
The modal dialog shows up and it says "Issue Export - preparing for export..." but nothing else happens.
Hello, how many issues are you trying to export? It may happen that when faced with a very large number of issues, the process takes a long time and even fails due to timeout.
It turned out that i received an email notification after some time that the export had finished and ready to download.
The lack of UI feedback was confusing.
The generated zip file was reported corrupt but 7z was still able to extract the content.
It were 367 issues.
