This error happens when i add a comments to jira issue. then it is always shown in the blow of the issue page.

There are two items I would look into:

- Your envirnoment might be operating on an older version of the DVCS connector (upgrade to latest)

- "Username" setting in .hgrc/.gitconfig doesn't match Bitbucket account's email address causes commits to be empty (verify settings and update accordingly)

We are running the latest version of connector 1.4.2.7 but when we trying to add a new account we got this error: Error obtain access token

That error is complaining that the Oauth keys are not valid.
