As discussed last week , for some prototype I am trying to integrate JIRA 6.2 with Stash . After creating an application link
Between STASH and JIRA , when I tried to access a JIRA issue from STASH , I get the following error :
Authentication failed!
An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link "Thin Client JIRA (c71e30a0-69c2-3aed-881f-96b78bd32170) http://10.232.65.236:8080com.atlassian.applinks.application.jira.JiraApplicationTypeImpl@130950e"

Do you have an clue on what is going wrong here ? Kindly provide your inputs .
Are both applications on the same server? If so you will need to change the context of one of the servers.
Instead of http://localhost:7990for stash change it in the config to http://localhost:7990/stash. I had similar problems with the link because of this. I was also being logged out of each app constantly.

Hi, did you try basic authentication first? was that working?

It's still worth checking basic auth works.
However, I'd also check the clocks on your servers - I've seen that error when one end of a server link had a completely bjorked bios battery and the time drifted off.
