We have Bitbucket Server (6.6.1) and Jira (8.3.4) (locally hosted) connected via an application link.
Using Jira as a user store is working. We can create branches from Issues in Jira and if you create a branch in Bitbucket with the correct name it shows up in Jira.
The automatic transitions will not work. Trying to figure out that issue I found that the project link on the Bitbucket end is not configured. When I try to set that manually I get an error saying the issue with the Application Link needs to be resolved first but I cannot find any issue with the application link.
Thinking that if whatever is blocking the project link is fixed will let the transitions work.
Any suggestions where to look?
