Error configuring SSH key

diegomendez August 16, 2017

I am trying to set a new repository with a new account, but when configuring SSH key I have the following error: 'Someone else has already registered that SSH key'

When checking who is logged in via console, I look that I am logged in with an account that does not exists anymore as used to be an old work account.

How can I log out or reset it so I can configure the SSH key with my personal account?

Are you able to login with the old account? Maybe after resetting password?

If so, you can login and then delete the SSH keys accociated with that account.

If you are unable to login, you will need to get help from an admin to remove the keys from backend or reset the password for you.

I do not have more access. So, I would need help from an admin. Do you know how can I submit a request to them??
