I agree, it is just super hard to find. I couldn't find it so I opened a ticket.

Hi @TeruguVenkat,

You can reach out to our Billing and Licensing team in order to request invoices and/or report the issue you are facing when you try to access the invoices yourself.

You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/. In "What can we help you with?" select "Billing, payments, and pricing", in "Select a topic" select "Finding invoices"

Kind regards,
Theodora

Hi @K M Rasel Hossain,

Please see the answer to the question below on how you can access your invoices:

If you are experiencing issues, you can contact our billing and licensing team to obtain invoices and also to resolve any issues that prevent you from viewing and downloading the invoices yourself.

Kind regards,
Theodora

Our org has certain billings / invoices in the original platform and some in the new billing platform.  I followed the instructions in your article:

  1. Log into my.atlassian.com and click the Orders tab in the navigation bar.
  2. In the Quotes tab, you can download a PDF quote or invoice, make a credit card payment, add a PO number, make changes to the quote, or delete the quote altogether.
  3. In the Invoices tab, you can see an order's details by clicking the >, or download a PDF of the paid invoice by clicking the Invoice link in the Actions tab.

Under Quotes tab has no entry.  Under Invoices tab, I could not find the invoice amount I am looking for.

Last month, I have created support ticket already.  I have spent 30-60 minutes on finding a couple of invoices.  Found one only.  I will create another support ticket.  This is hard and it should be easy.

I am the billing contact already.  My accounting team member is chasing me for the invoices.  She is one of billing contacts too.

Hi @jusiahn,

Invoices can be found in the following link, if you are listed as a Billing contact for the license in https://my.atlassian.com/:

I see that you have created a support ticket with our Billing and Licensing team who can provide you with the invoices.

If you are an admin of the workspace, I would suggest asking in the ticket if it's possible to be added as a billing contact for this license, so you can view and download the invoices yourself in the future.

Kind regards,
Theodora
