Does bitbucket server support use of a README.md?

As mentioned in the question does bit bucket support readme.md at the folder or module level rather than just at the repo level.

Hi Sreenath! At the moment you can only use a readme.md on a per repository level. We have, however, a feature request to make it available on the project level too, you can find it at BSERV-3216. You can vote for it, add a comment or watch it to be notified of further updates.

Hope this helps! :)
