Development branches protection in Stash

Does Stash provide a mechanism to share development branches without risk of being overwritten/deleted? We need development branches protection for the branches that are pushed to stash server. This will ensure that no other user can push to / delete or overwrite an existing devlopment branch on server . Alternatively can we apply branch write permission only to the user who has pushed the branch to the stash server ?
