Data privacy on static site


are there best practises about data privacy information on a static site? Ideally, Atlassian would provide explicit text to communicate to the visitors, or even a JavaScript snippet for getting consent.

We provide the means for you to host the static site, but we don't take responsibility for the code or the content you host, or how you use the data. Rules will apply as per our License agreement.

Hi Ana,

thanks for getting back to me. The problem with GDPR is that the visitor needs to be told Terms&Conditions, Privacy Policy etc - just like you guys to on And since I don't know how you store the data and the information you collect about the visitor, how would I be able to tell him?
