I did not find this option in Stash UI, nor mentioned here, so I'd like to ask if there is a way to create and download patch/diff for a pull request without asking the creator of PR to create it on a local machine?

I think it would be a nice and quite handy addition to Stash.
I've been researching how to do this as well. I see that you can easily do it in Stash against commits, but I agree it would be great to pull it down from Stash. That would also save me from having to have a copy of my patches on all of my production servers.

This is not currently possible on Stash.
