I am not receiving recovery email. It has been already 24 hours since I request recovery email.

Have you checked your spam folder?
If it's not there either, I'd either contact your company's internal Atlassian Admin for more help, or if that's yourself, Atlassian directly via https://support.atlassian.com/

Yes i have checked the spam folder.I received the email after i have contacted atlassian support.
