Could not create a branch from the web interface

Hello, I trying to create a branch from develop with the web interface on my server installed BitBucket. I couldn't creaty any type of branches.

I am the administrator of the project and the repository. I had installed the 6.6.1 version and able to create a develop branch from master with git using the console commands.

With the web interface the page don't show any error message neither the log on my server, but the developer console on chrome shows a 403 error message on a POST request via jquery.

What could be wrong or what I need to configure to see the error on my server log?

I found the problem! The error was that my user it's from a LDAP and not have an email defined, so the branch was not created by that. Also I was accessing through apache and the error was not properly redirected to the page, when I access directly to bitbucket server pago, I could see the error on the page and the log. It's weird.

Problem solved.
