We used to utilize a plugin for Bitbucket server that would allow us to run code analysis on the code that was being pushed for a pull-request. However, that plugin is reliant on Bitbucket creating a directory in ~tmp\*number*\prs\*pull request number* and populating the directory with a copy of the repo from the pushed branch.
The tool stopped working some time ago, and it appears that it is in direct relation to bitbucket no longer populating that directory with a copy of the repo. Is there a reason that you can think of as to why it no longer has this behavior?
