Hi
We have confluence and JIRA running on self-hosted instances, but we are using Bitbucket in the cloud. I have connected the JIRA and Bitbucket using the DVCS and we can monitor commits.
When I click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner in JIRA or Confluence it gives me a drop down for (Bitbucket, JIRA or Confluence). When I click on the same menu with Bitbucket I get the "Connect Bitbucket with other great Atlassian products:". I'm tried the integration to add JIRA to bitbucket, but this seems to be the cloud version of JIRA.
Is there a way to do what I'm trying to do here, which is essentially fix the hamburger menu
Hi! I think you should be able to achieve the menu to work. Verify under the https://jira.domain.com/plugins/servlet/customize-application-navigator how it looks in all your applications.
Did you follow the https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/connect-bitbucket-cloud-to-jira-server-applications-814208991.html for your setup?
Hi @Niclas Sandström [Riada]
Thanks for the reply! I did follow the second link and my Bitbucket is connected to JIRA, I get the smat commits etc. My JIRA drop down works well and as expected. But it's Bitbucket one that doesn't seem to be correct, I've attached an image to demonstrate

Seems this is discussing this issue your experiencing. It would seem you can not connect from Bitbucket as you want.

Maybe there is a plugin for this or any of the work-arounds presented you can use
