Hi! Your Bitbucket Cloud account is linked to your Atlassian account, so you'll need to change your email address at id.atlassian.com.
Can you detail the steps you were following so we can identify where did it go wrong? You can also send us a screenshot of the error you get to help us understand where the problem is.
I want change my email from Atlassian account, but when i receive the email from Atlassian to my new email account, this contains a link to validate my new email, but i don't have any password for this account (this is a new email). Atlassian don't have any password from my user, because both accounts are gmail.
