Change account to 5 users for BitBucket OnDemand

We currently have the BitBucket OnDemand account for 10 Users. Currently, we are below the 5 Users threshold. How can I configure the level to the free account, 5 or fewer Users? Is this something that could only be done if I contact Atlassian through customer service?

I bet you can also downgrade with:

Manage team
 > Plans and billing
  > Change plan

Thats a negative. I was very hopeful and it seemed like it should work. The Change Plans redirected me to my.atlassian.com/ondemand/configure page, and the lowest available BitBucket option is still 10 users. =/

The you have to contact Atlassian support.
