Cannot start Stash after fresh install (atlassian-nav-links-plugin, applinks-plugin, atlassian-universal-plugin-manager-plugin has failed to start)

I cannot start my Stash server on DigitalOcean. Hope, somebody have already met this exact issue and/or knows a good solution.

A fatal error has occurred

The following problems occurred which prevents Atlassian Stash from starting correctly:

  • Required plugin com.atlassian.plugins.atlassian-nav-links-plugin has failed to start
  • Required plugin com.atlassian.applinks.applinks-plugin has failed to start
  • Required plugin com.atlassian.upm.atlassian-universal-plugin-manager-plugin has failed to start

Specs

Running on $5 DigitalOcean Droplet with Ubuntu Trusty and a Swapfile with the size of 2 GB.

$ add-apt-repository ppa:git-core/ppa
$ apt-add-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
$ apt-get update
$ apt-get install -y git git-core perl oracle-java8-installer
jave -version
java version "1.8.0_40"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_40-b25)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.40-b25, mixed mode)
