I get the error "We couldn't log you in" when I try to log in. It's the same in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

Welcome to the community.
I checked your Bitbucket Cloud account on our end.
I can see that it is marked as a "Dormant" account due to not logging in for a long period of time.
I went ahead and reactivated it.
You should be able to log in now.
