Is there a way for you to create a scheduled pipeline for business days?
I see that you can select Hourly, Daily or Weekly, but nothing related to business days.
Is there another workaround besides modifying constantly Daily deployment?

Here you can out to the POST request body cron-like string schedule.
Unfortunately, right now there is no such possibility in UI
