We have an issue to connect bitbucket to my company LDAP.
It is not standard and wanted to use LDAP group and bitbucket group.
We saw that when we try to create a bitbucket group with the same name that one in the LDAP (which is not in bitbucket), bitbucket do not understand that it is an LDAP Group and do not link them. And our need is to create links between LDAP group and Bitbucket groups.
To find a solution we wanted to create a program that Bitbucket will use to delegate authentification and permissions.
But bitbucket do not let us choose a custom option.
Is it possible with a plugin to use a custom solution ?
We use Jira in our company as the user server for bitbucket authentication.
Thank you for the reply Leena,
We don't want to use Jira for internal reason but it could be a solution as well. We need to build a customer external authentification and permissions program.

If you have JIRA or Crowd you could connect Bitbucket to those.
