Can't receive email Invite

Hi,

Seen many posts on this and assume the same is happening here. Is the email address liber.almeida@healthcarelogic.com on a bounce list as they are not receiving invite to repositories?

Any assistance much appreciated.

Hi @David.Craig and welcome to the community.

I checked this email in our system and there was indeed a hard bounce event with the error message:

550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied.

There might have been an attempt to create an account or send an invitation before the email was operational. The hard bounce informs us that the email does not exist and in this case it is placed in a suppression list, as we no longer try to resend to non-existing emails.

I went ahead and removed the email from the suppression list, could you please try resending the invitation now?

A new invitation needs to be sent, as the previous ones were dropped.

Hello guys, I have same issue with notifications, I'm try to invite a new team member but him doesn't receive email invitation, the email ia a gmail corporate account and it's the same domain as administrator user account.

Team guest email is <edited out by Atlassian Support>.

Hi @sgruber ,

If you are able to log in to support.atlassian.com/contact , you can file a case there and mention any email addresses that aren't receiving invitations in the case description. Alternatively if you can't get a case open, you can email me directly at deads at atlassian.com mentioning the addresses, and I can take a look.
