Can't login to my account

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Two-step verification

I lost my ssh keys from my system and when I am trying to login to my bitbucket account, its asking for a 2 step verification code. I don't have recovery key and authentication app setup. I am not able to get the recovery code using ssh because I lost it form my machine accidentally. How can I complete my login by bypassing the 2 step verification?

Hi Sanoop,

If your administrator can't get you back in, you'll have to log a ticket with Atlassian and ask for their help.
