Can't log in into Bitbucket account with two step verification using new mobile device

Hi everyone , looking for some help.

Probably the same issue as in this thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Problems-with-two-step-verification-and-new-mobile-device/qaq-p/1173661

I had recently changed mobile device and I forgot to remove the older one in settings account . So currently I can't check in the two steps verifications .

Any help would be much appreciated .

If you can't get in using the recovery codes, you need to open a support case here so that we can assist you.
