Can't get invitation email nor the password reset link for my company email

my company email is Anhua.Duan-v@versanthealth.com  

I am supposed to receive invitation email from bitbucket but never able to find it. not in junk mail neither.  And I tried to "forget password" separate times too, no luck.

Company is using outlook.

BTW, I am able to get emails from my personal gmail and other outlook mail account.

Please help, it is urgent.

I have the same issue so I called microsoft support. They did not receive transport into their servers from mydomain.attlassian.net. They are asking Atlassian to please trace from their side to see where transport gets rejected.

Yeah, I can see this is a common issue many people have...

Can't do anything but wait for support... : -(

oh, I figured out that support ticket is in different place... i have raised a support ticket there...

Since I can't login atlassian with my company email, thus, i am using my personal gmail account to get here to raise support ticket.  (I can't raise support ticket if not logged in)  : =/
