Can't delete a profile

Deleted user November 5, 2019

Hello, can't delete my atlassian profile and don't know what to do. I have only a bitbucket account, but reasons why here's a lot

 

  • This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW
  • This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
  • This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
  • To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and fix the above.

 

Bitbucket sends me to delete its account on my.atlassian, atlassian won't let to do it. What am I doing wrong?

I've seen that you had already submitted a Support ticket and one of my colleagues is helping you with the deletion, so please continue to follow up with them until the deletion is completed.
