Can others see commits I made between when I registered and when I confirmed my email?

I have made my Bitbucket account in January 2015 but I confirmed my email id in February 2015 and during this 1 month I have commited my work on Bitbucket , So can other user now see my work which i have done without confirming my email id during this time ?

I can't think of any reason why your work wouldn't be visible to those you've given permission to.

Although it would be pretty easy to test this yourself. Just ask someone who has access to your project if they can see any work from January.
