Hi Vic! I'm not sure what are you referring to, are you talking about the Android Open Source Project? If you're, it looks like they prefer to use Gerrit. You might want to contact the Android Community to learn about their preferred tools and best practices.
If they tell you it's ok to use Bitbucket Server and you need help setting up the repo, please come back here and we'll be happy to help :) To get started, you could have a look at Creating repos.
