Can I limit a repos permissions to a subset of users at the project level?

I have a project with multiple repos. I currently have the entire list permissioned at the project level with write access. There is one repo that contains sensitive code that I only want a subset of people to be able to see. Is it possible to make it is that even people permissioned at the project level can not see this repo?

Repository permissions are inherited from Project permissions so you can't make a repository more restricted than the Project.
