None of those - we're a community of users of Atlassian products. We're not hosting anything, Atlassian are providing us with a place to talk about their products.
The ACR developers are using an Atlassian service, but it's nothing we can help you with. To go with my usual car analogy, you're asking a load of people who use oil products for all sorts of cars, trucks, pharmaceuticals etc about why your friends car isn't starting.
You need to contact the ACR developers, we can't help you with that, we have no more information than you do!
