Call Recorder - ACR support

I'm looking for support on the Call Recorder - ACR android app. Their google play info page (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr&hl=en & http://nllapps.com/apps/acr/) has a link to their knowledgebase that takes me to a page on your bitbubket website (https://bitbucket.org/copluk/acr/issues). What's up with that? Are you affiliated, or were you just hosting them? Do you know how I can access any knowledgebase or support for that app? Thank you!

None of those - we're a community of users of Atlassian products.  We're not hosting anything, Atlassian are providing us with a place to talk about their products.

The ACR developers are using an Atlassian service, but it's nothing we can help you with.  To go with my usual car analogy, you're asking a load of people who use oil products for all sorts of cars, trucks, pharmaceuticals etc about why your friends car isn't starting.

You need to contact the ACR developers, we can't help you with that, we have no more information than you do!
