Branches disappeared

daniel_fort January 19, 2019

I was closing some branches in Sourcetree when the branches disappeared in the sidebar. Didn't think much of it because I didn't get any error messages and they still looked fine on the command line, "hg branches -c" so I pushed the changes. Now looking at my repository in Bitbucket -- there are no branches listed. It doesn't seem to be affecting anything but it is rather unnerving.

Hi Daniel,

This seems to be a regression on our side, our team is currently looking into it.

As a temporary workaround, please add the following after the branches:

/branches/?spa=0

then you should be able to see the list of your current branches on the repo.

Apologies for this inconvenience. We will get this resolved.

Cheers.

Hello Daniel,

This issue will need to be resolved by support. With that said, I have already created a support request on your behalf to have support look into this for you. You should receive an email shortly with the details.
