After reading https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/use-branch-permissions/#Branch-permissions-overlap, the examples seem to say the opposite of the definition (where "both permissions would be applied."). Can you explain how do you reach the different results in the table?
Thanks
Hi Marc,
I understand that the wording in the documentation is confusing, particularly with the phrase "both permissions would be applied". I will create a ticket with our documentation team to change/improve the wording and provide a more clear explanation.
In case of overlapping permissions, the table has the correct info about what applies for each use case.
Kind regards,
Theodora
