Block merge button while build is in progress

Hi. Tell me please, is it possible to create merge check for blocking Merge button while some build is running? I need to do it while 'Make release' is running on TC attached to current Bitbucket project. So I can't use 'Minimum number of successful builds' for it - no matter what result of 'Make release' would be, I'm interesting only in its running period.
