Bitbucket invoice are not generated automatically

Bitbucket invoice are not generated automatically. Also they have freezed the access for the developer for not paying the invoice, Without invoice generation from Atlassian we cannot pay it right?

Hi @nexware_technologies,

If you have a monthly subscription, payment is made automatically every month via the credit card you have added in the workspace's Settings > Plan details on Bitbucket website.

If the payment has failed, you can do either of the following:

  • Contact the bank or provider of the credit card to figure out why the payment failed and if it's possible to resolve the issue.
    After the issue is resolved, you can upgrade the workspace's billing plan from workspace's Settings > Plan details.
  • Alternatively, if you have another credit card available, you can update the credit card details from workspace's Settings > Plan details.
    Afterwards, upgrade the workspace's billing plan from the same page (workspace's Settings > Plan details).

For billing-related issues, I would suggest reaching out to our team responsible for billing and licensing. You can do this via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Billing, payments and pricing", in "Select a topic" select "Problems with a payment or credit card".

Invoices can be found at https://my.atlassian.com/product. Note that if you're on the free plan you won't have any invoices, as you're getting the service for free.  You also need to be the owner of the product to see the invoices and they are created automatically each month.  Are you on the free plan?
