Bitbucket invoice are not generated automatically. Also they have freezed the access for the developer for not paying the invoice, Without invoice generation from Atlassian we cannot pay it right?
If you have a monthly subscription, payment is made automatically every month via the credit card you have added in the workspace's Settings > Plan details on Bitbucket website.

Invoices can be found at https://my.atlassian.com/product. Note that if you're on the free plan you won't have any invoices, as you're getting the service for free. You also need to be the owner of the product to see the invoices and they are created automatically each month. Are you on the free plan?
