Bitbucket integration with Jenkins

Narsing April 6, 2016

Hi I have created a Jenkins build and tried to connect to Bitbucket repository. But getting the following error. Can any one knows about this issue.

Failed to connect to repository : Command "git -c core.askpass=true ls-remote -h https://test@bitbucket.org/proj/test.git HEAD" returned status code 128:
stdout:
stderr: remote: Invalid username or password. If you log in via a third party service you must ensure you have an account password set in your account profile.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://test@bitbucket.org/proj/test.git/'

The username/password configured for the repository in Jenkins is wrong.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I have resolved it. It is because of not setting SSH key in bitbucket.
