Bitbucket create workspace 404

I just created this account but i got 404 when opening the  https://bitbucket.org/workspace/create/ page, i have an account before that also got this same issue, tried changing browser but it still doesnt work, is there a bug happening or is there any fix ?

welcome to the Atlassian community.

There has been recent changes, Bitbucket Cloud is now in Atlassian Administration.

If you don't have any cloud organization yet, I suggest to create one (https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/get-started-with-an-atlassian-organization/) and add Bitbucket to it (https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/create-your-workspace/).
