We're in the process of implementing workflow triggers working with Bitbucket Cloud, but there is no information available in the documentation, only a mention that it should be possible to use workflow triggers with Bitbucket Cloud.
The only information available is:

Does anyone know which workflow triggers do work (if any) with Bitbucket Cloud?
e.g. Pull request created/merged/declined/reopened, Commit created, Branch created...
