Bitbucket changed my plan from Free to Temporary Plan

A couple of months ago I received this email:

 

Important information from Bitbucket
Your Bitbucket plan has changed
The plan on the Bitbucket workspace, Team XXXX, has changed from Free to Temporary Plan.

The Bitbucket Team

 

I didn't give it much attention then, now I realize the workspace XXXX is gone, with all repos inside.

 

What happened? Does anybody know?

Hi @Frederico F Costa ,

The change of a billing plan to Temporary is due to a bug in our system, when someone attempts to delete a workspace and the deletion event times out (this happens rarely, most of the times the deletion should complete without an issue).

When the bug occurs, the deletion does not get completed and the workspace's billing plan switches to Temporary.

If you did not take any action, then another admin of this workspace attempted to delete it and ran into this bug.

If the workspace is not available at the moment, I assume that they attempted the deletion again and the next time it was successful.

I would suggest reaching out to the other admin(s) of this workspace and ask who performed the deletion.
