We upgraded the bitbucket server today to 7.0.0 and we are getting intermittently the message below.
Bitbucket is reaching resource limits. Pushes, pulls, pull request merges and clones may be rejected or queued.
We have checked our memory, cpu, diskspace etc and none of them are anywhere near the capacity
Online I see references to parametres in the bitbucket.properties file that can be changed
However when I check my bitbucket.properties file I dont see any such parametres
