Hi Uttam, you'll only be able to upgrade if you have a valid software maintenance. To check if software maintenance is current for your license, navigate to Cog icon > Licensing and make sure the license support period has not expired. If your support period has expired, follow the prompts to renew your license and reapply it before upgrading.
