Bitbucket Cloud slow performance in web gui daily after 10:00 am, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

Hi, 

Many users in my company experience slow performance with spinning progress indicators in the web gui almost daily after 10:00, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Especially in the pull request view. 

I have recommended to try the new Pull request view in the single page application mode to see if it helps anything.

One hypotheses is that more users in US are starting to work and the capacity is not sufficient. 

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Any suggestions what can be done?

Users are using Chrome as browser. We are located in Stockholm Sweden
