Bitbucket Build Setup gobbled up Free tier minutes

Hi - Does anyone know how I can try to 'reclaim' some of my Free build minutes which have seemingly been lost due to problems checking out my repo ?

Specifically my builds normally take ~2mins but one now has taken over 20mins and it was hanging for almost all of this time on the build setup stage. Looking deeper in the logs (visible to me) I see things like 

Cloning into '/opt/atlassian/pipelines/agent/build'...

error: RPC failed; curl 56 Failure when receiving data from the peer

fatal: the remote end hung up unexpectedly

This seems to me to be something completely outside my control so hence I don't think its fair I've lost almost half of my monthly allowance due to this. 

Hence, anyone know how to get someone from Atlassian to look into this please ?
