Avoid paying for non programmer members of repo

Hello,

I am wondering if I have to pay for every person that can see the repo, ie, clients. This doesn't seem like a reasonable thing. Is this possible? if it is, how do you configure it?

I would guess you would need to allow anonymous access to specific projects or repositories.

If you don't want fully anonymous access, then if you're using Apache or nginx as a front end, put the access control on those?
