Assignee not visible for some users when adding issues

Assignee not visible for some users when adding issues

Some of my users cannot add an assignee to the issue, some users do see this field. They have the same rights ... How is this possible?

There are a "assign issues" permission. Who have this repmission?

I don't see the assign issues permission ... Is it under the repository settings?

I started using bitbucket a couple of weeks ago for my private projects (we use github at my company) and I haven't been enjoying it so far to be honest. I have to refresh my source page a couple of times before I see my files/folders. When I look to the console, I see errors like jquery is not defined ... not very professional for a website like bitbucket.
