Are pipeline builds still limited to two hours? Even when running on self.hosted runner?

We want to use the pipeline for hardware simulation regressions, but the two hour limit does not gives us enough time. Other than parallelization, is there a workaround for the two hour time limit?

Similar to Cloud, there is a maximum build time of 120 minutes per step in self hosted runner.

It seems parallelization is the way to achieve this. Please find the doc. for the same https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/runners/
