Are 2 build artifact guides in the pipelines docs still accurate? (publish+link / add to downloads)

I followed the instructions in 2 guides in the pipelines docs:

1. Publish and link your build artifacts
2. Deploy build artifacts to Bitbucket Downloads

In each case, my pipeline run succeeds and I see success output from the respective curl request, but I don't see any effect in the Bitbucket UI.

For #1, I see the same "n of n passed" message on the commit, and that text still links me to the respective pipeline output - all as it did before I added the curl to the build status API.

For #2, nothing shows up in my repo's downloads tab.

Are these guides still accurate? Are others who follow them seeing some outcome other than what I describe above?

I am trying to publish test output to s3 - done and add a link from commit/pipeline to them - not working
